Delete your corun account or data
This page works without signing in and without reinstalling the app. Developer: [Play Console developer name] · App: corun.
What is deleted
- Your Firebase Auth account (Google or anonymous guest session we can identify).
- Profile fields we store for you (name, email where present, avatar).
- Event participation records tied to your uid.
- Live location and GPS traces we still hold (traces also auto-delete ~30 days after an event — proposed).
- Device / FCM tokens under your user doc.
- Optional emergency contact you saved.
What may be retained
- Consent and processing logs for about 1 year where Rules require.
- SOS / safety incident records for [retention — counsel].
- Tax / purchase records related to Google Play subscriptions (held by Google; we may keep order references).
- Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you.
Premium subscriptions
Cancel corun Premium separately in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the app account does not always cancel Play billing automatically.
Option A — In the Android app (signed-in)
- Open corun.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Option B — Email request (no sign-in)
Send us a deletion request. Include enough for us to find your data:
- Google account email used in corun, or
- Guest ID / recovery code if shown in the app, plus event name/date if you remember them.
We aim to complete verifiable requests without undue delay. Under DPDP grievance rules, responses should be within 90 days at most — [operational SLA — confirm].
