1. The service
corun lets organizers create events and runners share live location during those events for safety and coordination. MVP is Android-first; iOS is later. Organizer web dashboard features under /org will roll out in phases.
2. Accounts
- Organizers sign in with Google to create events.
- Runners may join as guests (no account) or with Google.
- You must be 18 or older to use guest join and the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use corun to surveil people without a lawful basis and their informed participation in an event.
- Organizers must not enrol minors without a lawful parental-consent process.
- Do not abuse safety features, scrape the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Emergency contacts must be people you have told may be contacted in an emergency.
4. Location and safety
Location sharing is for event safety and timing. It is not a substitute for professional medical or emergency services. Pause/stop/leave must stop sharing; please report bugs to [email protected].
5. Premium
corun Premium (runner features such as trail guidance) is sold through Google Play Billing in the Android app. This website does not sell subscriptions. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for how they use dashboard data and any exports. Proposed: purpose limited to safety, timing and results; no sale or marketing use of runner location. A formal Organizer DPA will be published when counsel finalizes it ([link / date]).
